Lowongan Kerja Staff IT Support dan Supervisor IT System Development

1. Staff IT Support Administrator

Requirement :

• Providing the first level technical support via phone, email, ticket
• Create case tickets with proper escalation to relevant support channels
• Maintain user account information including rights, security and system  groups
• Daily control, monitoring and documentation of server backup/restore management status and performance
• Maintain all system documentation are valid and up to date 

Requirements:

• Age not older than 27 years
• Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale of 4)
• Team oriented, self motivated, strong interpersonal & communication skills, leadership
• Willing work at manufacture base company

2. Supervisor IT System Development

Syarat :

• Sarjana (S1) Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi / Manajemen Informatika
• Melakukan analisa user requirment untuk mapping kondisi saat ini (current condition) dan spesifikasi kebutuhan user.
• Membuatkan flow bisnis proses dari system yang akan dibuat
• Melakukan kontrol dan monitor terhadap semua perubahan source program/report/aplikasi
• Melakukan riset dan development untuk meningkatkan kinerja di IT system development
• Menguasai konsep RDBMS (Relational Data Base Management System)

Skill :

• Menguasai bahasa pemrograman PHP, Visual basic. Net, 
• Menguasai database Ms. SQL Server, MySQL, Progresss, Oracle
• Menguasai konsep ERP dan Business Process
• Memahami aplikasi QAD Enterprise 

Syarat Umum:

• Max. usia 28 tahun (Fresh Graduate / Experience)
• Minimum IPK 3,00 
• Berorientasi pada kerja tim, mempunyai motivasi, interpersonal skill yang baik & Kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan memimpin, mandiri dan jujur
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Jakarta
